Hahaha.... finally the blogspot program is working again!!! Once again i can continue uploading my pics and share with all of u..=) So sorry guys, for those who'v been frequently reading my blog; i've been quite occupied and have not got the time to really update my blog. Just to quickly share wif u guys my experience in Christchurch,New Zealand. Finally i was able to 'tick' off one of my "life's checklist", and that's ------ "sky-diving" ...muahahah... =) It was a trumendous and amazing experience. It's really beyond words. You have to try it and experience it urself!! =) The view was great, the weather was very cool n comfortable, abt 14 degrees, with clear blue
sky, and we could still see the snowcaps on the mountains.

Imagine... the aircraft door opens, and u're sitting at the entrance of the aircraft, everything looks soooo tiny from above, u see the clouds, the landscape and the mountains,then the 'fear' sinks in n ur mind tells u, "maybe this is not a good idea after all". But of course, there's no
turning back. 1..2..3...and there we GO! Free-falling 12000ft in the sky... ur adrenaline pumps as u fall, ur heart drops like crazy, ur body loses it's bearing and everythin around u turns for the next few seconds. But after that ur body slowly regains its bearings n balances, and u feel as if u're flying... It was wonderful!! The view was magnificent... As u reach 5000ft, the parachute opens and gradually glides u to the ground. This is the part where u'll enjoy the scenery,the beautiful mountains n landscape. Everything seems so serene and calm frm above...
The whole package wasnt cheap though. But it is a once in a life time experience. It's amazing..!! Here are some shots...

It is always great to have people of faith around, to encourage and inspire you when u'r down... =)
Today i just met up with two wonderful people, whom i was able to spend quality time with. And through our sharing we were able to motivate and inspire each other, our spirits were lifted up! Praise God.. ^ ^
Truly He never cease to amaze me with His timing and favor and blessings and protection and many many more... etc.
Although i m tired after a loooong day today, but I m glad for today is indeed a great day!

One more flight to go, and i'll be heading back to KL. Woo~hoo~ i can't wait to go back. I miss my parents, my brother, my room, my bed..etc... and the food!! Oh yesss... i could go food hunting. I believe this trip bck will be a great one!! Not to mention i'll be meeting bck some of my old buddies. I just pray and hope everything will go smoothly...

I dunno why, recently I feel as if i am going into depression...again!? Why? I dunno... maybe it's part of the "ups and downs" as one goes through 'life'. After all, life itself is full of different kinds of challenges and obstacles. I've began to lost count of the number of cycles i go thru this wilderness... U mean after all these years i havent been improving?
Every wilderness experience has its season, and purpose. But for every outcome of it should reflect results of improvement, betterment of one's personal character and development. But then... I dun feel much of a change!! Is something wrong??

My first trip to hkg-sfo....FUN!!

This was my first trip to hkg-sfo. It was awesome...

"It's always good for the 1st time and subsequently u'll get bored with it..." Well, tht's wat most of the senior crew would say. But i guess for me it'll always be great cos not only do i like hong kong, but my good old buddy is working there!! Oh man... i just saw him few days ago and now i m missing him again... *sigh* (hey, dun get the wrong idea, i m not g**, i m damn "straight" k?)

All the crew were really nice ppl. We hang out together, shopping, sightseeing, i guess we all enjoyed ourselves pretty much. Anyway, it feels as if eveything happened so fast. And i really miss the food in hongkong. So many different varieties and most of them taste good. Especially the dessert!!! Oh my gosh.... the mango desserts!! I m melting now just by imagining it... I've gotta go back there again for all those foooooood!!

This is Quarry Bay Park. I was suppose to meet my dear buddy, Andrew at the station. But i arrived earlier than expected, so i went on exploring myself for awhile...

Hohoho... this is nice, something different. It's shanghai cuisine actually, and the noodles is mixed in 'peanut sauce'. Not too bad, but some might not like it. Cos it's a 'cold dish'

The next day, we all did some shopping in "Mongkok" area. We had lunch in one of the japanese restaurants. And suddenly there was a big crowd outside. There were some celebrities visiting some shops... and paparazzi(s) were everywhere. I couldnt see clearly who were those, but they looked like S.H.E. I was looking out the glass panel from the restaurant, so i couldnt see much either. Moreover, so many ppl were blocking here and there. But i guess it's common to bump into celebs in places like 'mongkok' , moreover it was a Sunday. Muz be some promotion or advertisement going on.

We head to the 'ladies street' after lunch. I even got myself some shirt. The clothing and fashion here are pretty good. The design and cutting are very trendy and modern. If only i had one more day in Hkg, i'd go shop for some clothing... it's been awhile since i last did my shopping... hehe... =p

Well, i'd say this trip was marvellous!!!

I havent been writing much lately, cos I was really busy. Had alot going on recently. But all is still well and i believe life is getting better. =) Gotta stay focus and positive~! hehe... =)

These photos are taken during my recent trip to Moscow. The city itself is pretty much just like any other city. Nothing really special or extraordinary. But still, this time the weather was pretty good, so we just went out exploring. After all, i didnt go out my last trip, cos it was crazily cold... (-10 degrees)

Hie everyone... sorry for the late updates. Have been busy with some other chorrs and work and legal documents.... Rrrrr...i m soooo gonna explode now... anyway , below are some pics of wat happened to me for the past 10 days.

This was in Dubai, Angsana Hotel. It's a really nice hotel, our rooms are like 'suites'. We have a large bed, a 'kitchen corner' with a big washing machine (?), stove, big refridgerator/freezer, drawers and compartments filled with crockery and pots and pans... etc

Dubai is one of those places filled with amazing skyscrappers. They are built close to each other , side by side, it is well designed, new and modern compared to many other countries i've seen. They seem to be doing a good job in these areas. *applause*

Emirates Mall wasn't too disappointing after all... It was claimed to be the largest mall in the world. They have almost everything...

They claimed this to be the largest aquarium in the world too... But i doubt so...

It IS big, but i m sure there are even bigger aquariums than this.

We had a drinking session after a looooong day.

We played games, chit chat and quite enjoyed ourselves.

He's hillarious, funny, friendly, he's got style, and a very pleasant personality.We just enjoy teasing him and making fun of him the whole time,and being who he is, he's sporting enough to put up with our crap...lol....He is also very dependable too when it comes to work.Haha... A Deadly Sin...

A short sharing by my Pastor:

"Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. " 1 Corinthians 6:18

When you love someone, you will respect that person. While you must love unconditionally and sacrificially, that doesn’t mean you don’t draw the line somewhere. And that is exactly what God does in 1 Corinthians 5-6. Explicitly referring to sexually immoral Christians, Paul says, “But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral … not even to eat with such a person” (5:11). Again referring to Christians who live unrighteous lives: “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites … will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you …” (6:9-11). If a Christian is living in sexual immorality and you offer him your fellowship, not only do you profane God’s Word, you are excusing him from the responsibility to repent and forsake his sin.
There are varying degrees of sin. A sexual sin is not another “common sin.” We are exhorted to flee from sexual sins because no other sin affects the body as this one does. When you fall into sexual immorality, you harm your own body (6:18). Not only that, you damage your inward man-spirit and soul-which is the real you (6:16-17). Your spirit gets defiled. Remember Samson? For one night’s pleasure, he lost the supernatural strength that flowed out from his spirit.
Sometimes I hear of people blaming God when they cannot resist sexual temptation. But look at the very first case of sin in the Garden of Eden. God created Adam without the sinful nature. He put Adam in an ideal environment where there was no one to make his life difficult. God provided all of Adam’s daily needs. He endowed Adam with strong mental powers. God gave Adam a life-partner to meet his emotional and physical needs. He gave Adam duties that engaged his mind and body, so that he would not feel bored. God even warned Adam of the consequences of disobedience; so it wasn’t going to be a surprise test. God had a personal relationship with Adam and the latter understood God rather well. Yet, all that still didn’t stop Adam from sinning. Why? Because out of His love for man, God bestowed man with the power of free will. Love gives us a choice to choose.
Make a choice today to keep your body pure. Instead of using your body for immoral pleasures, use your body to serve the Lord (6:13). If you are a single man or woman, guard the glory of your virginity. If you have lost it already, the blood of Jesus Christ can restore the glory of a pure spirit back to you again.

These two days have been fruitful. Not only did i get to refresh my memory of all the training I went through 2 years ago, but there were new insights as to how to be more safety conscious and aware of the dangers tht might occur throughout the course of my work. I thank God for my trainers, they were really good, and they made the classes interesting and hillarious. Pointers tht were given to us were very straightforward and direct. I didnt feel draggy nor bored, everything just went smoothly.

Hoohoho...this trip to Melbourne was unexpected. The number of passengers were surprisingly "less". Honestly, i was dragging myself to work tht evening. Dunno why... i just felt a lil moody, but still it was a good trip. But when i saw the passenger load, i got excited again...=p (because "less passengers = less work" muahahaha.... ^0^)

I know so many ppl currently living in Melbourne, and i wanted to meet all of them, my church friends, friends, cousins...etc.. but too bad time didn't allow me to do so. It was a pretty short stay in Melbourne. And so, i only met up with Carroanne, an old friend back in church. It seems that God is doing something great in her life too... She said it has been all GOOD. She just finished a course and now moving onto her next step. I am glad as she's still so lively and bubbly.

And so, she brought me to a famous Veitnamese joint for breakfast. I wouldn't say it was excellent, but still alright. Then, we head on to Victoria's market. It's like any other "market", they sell all kinds of stuff in affordable prices. I didn't buy anything becos the goods are mostly from China anyway, so shopping in China would be alot better.

Then, we head onto Eureka Tower. Nothing special, it's just a 88 storey tower. We went all the way up to the 89th floor, snap some pics, enjoy the city view, chattering away in one corner with MAGNUM ice-cream in our hands...hehe...=p I thank God for this opportunity to be able to catch up with her, after all it's been more than a year since we last met.

The flight back to Singapore was a lil tiring. Everything just didn't go smoothly as we wanted. But still, we had good teamwork. =)

It was a blessed weekend! Thank God I was able to attend both the Saturday and Sunday services. The presence of God was strong. Praise God for wonderful people in the cell group. They have again blessed me and inspired me. And I really thank God for Ps. Kong for his powerful sermon on Saturday. It's been months since i heard him preach...

Why? Cos, firstly, most of the time i m not around becos of my schedule, and 2nd, even if i m around to attend the services, somehow it was always someone else preaching, be it invited guest or another pastor. I am so glad I was able to see him this time. And the best thing is this... Ps. Kong is gonna give bible study classes on the Book Of Solomon. It consists of 5 different sessions, and all the dates fell right btw my "Off Days". Praise God!! I can hear them all!!! Woo~hoo~

We had a special guest singer this weekend. He is TORO, from ENERGY, taiwan famous pop singer!! (although i hardly hear his songs) I was surprised he made it all the way here to perform for us. And i just found out he became a christian not too long ago. Praise God!!

This was Sunday morning, we had another special guest speaker, Dr. Grace Kim Sung Hae. She's the wife of Dr. David Yong-Gi Cho. They co-founded the largest church in the world--- Yoido Full Gospel Church, Seoul--Korea She shared many of her personal life stories and experiences which inspired all of us. She is such a wonderful person, kind, loving and so motherly... hehe... no wonder Ps. Kong said she was his spiritual mom. God has done many great and mighty works through this humble servant. She has impacted millions of ppl around the world. And many many more mighty works she WILL DO in the near future. God bless you Dr. Kim. Amen!

Firstly, many many apologies to those who'v been faithfully reading my blog, so so sorry for the late updates. Well, mainly was because, there weren't much interesting happenings...Second, i was pretty busy with some other things. But thank God everything is over... So now i can relax abit.... muahahaha... ^o^
Finally...!! Today, I've completed the aircraft training i've been waiting for after so d*** long. Now, i m looking forward for more interesting places to go...Yeah yeah... Paris, Milan, Houston, Zurich, San Franscisco, New York, ...HERE I COME!!

One day, the son asks his dad "Daddy, would you like to run a marathon with me?"
The father says "yes".
And they run their first marathon together.

Another time, the son asks his dad again, "Daddy, would you like to run a marathon with me?"
The father says "yes son".

One day, the son asks his father " Daddy, would you run the Ironman with me?"
The Ironman is the most difficult triathlon ever ( 4 kms swimming, 180 kms biking, 42 km running )
And the dad says "yes".

The story looks simple until you watch the following clip. It is just amazing, how much the LOVE of a father can be...

Sakura season!

Tokyo was cool! I finally saw it with my own eyes~ @_@ ...haha...Cherry Blossoms!! It's really beautiful...I've only seen it in movies and animes, but never the real thing. Although this time i had to sight-see around myself(again), but it was worth the effort. The weather was perfect, not too cold nor hot. The parks were beautiful, filled with different kinds of flowers and trees. Very peaceful, very serene, scenic... Especially when the wind comes and all the sakura petals start flying around... the view was just awesome!!

I went to 3 diferent parks and all had their own unique scene and beauty. And the cool thing was people would just gather and picnic under the sakura trees. It seem so relaxing...gathering with friends and family, chatting, playing, fooling around,eating...etc..How I wish I could join them... =p Some even seize the opportunity to spend time with their lovers, dating =) Aw...how sweet... I even saw a young couple living in their own 'world', cuddling and kissing each other, totally ignorant to the public. (...i'm so jealous, y am i still single..?=p)

In Ueno Park, the picnic thingy was CRAZY, almost every turn i take i could see ppl 'picnic-ing', and the amount of ppl gathered there was overwhelming. I could hardly take big steps. But all of them seem to enjoy themselves. There were lots of tourist too, probably one of it's peak seasons for tourist becos of the cherry blossoms. They had hawker stalls set up in the parks selling soba noodles, udons, fried-stuffs...etc. They even had a mini-amusement rides for the kids to play.

I wanted to visit the zoo though, but the time was short. Yeah, one thing abt sightseeing is tht before u know it, time's up! But still, I really enjoyed my time here! Thank God for His grace and favor! =)

Gatherings

I was on leave for a couple of days last week. i was glad tht i could catch up with some of my 'old-buddies'. Some of them i have not seen in 8-10 yrs. It was a great gathering. We had barbecue, played some games, chatting and fooling around... Well , it brings back lots of good old memories together.I thank God for all the good times... =)

This was another session with my ex-colleagues. We had a wonderful steamboat buffet in Serdang. Verine was the one who brought us there. Oh i enjoyed it very very much! Thanks Verine! =) It has been awhile since we all came out together like this. Especially Carmen and Verine, havent seen them for ages! And Carmen is expecting another one! Congrates! =)

This was the crazy group of PBC(Persatuan Bahasa Cina) members back in High School days. Some of them i havent seen in a decade!

We went to support "Kevin's concert" in "Wings Cafe" , Kepong. His singing improved alot, i was amazed. =) Bravo bravo, Kevin!!

I am so excited of what God is doing in my life! Everyday is a new day, everyday I have something to look forward to, knowing that God is in control, knowing I have His approval, His favor, His blessings in my life. Oh yes, the challenges and trials i am facing increases as I continue on my journey, but nevertheless, His power, His grace and His blessings increases even more! Praise God.

This trip to Beijing was awesome... 3 of us decided to "chong -ar" without any sleep after we reach the hotel. We head straight for brunch then, we continued on to "The Summer Palace". It's a beautiful place. Makes me want to sing and read poetry...=p haha.. In fact, we did try and it all sounds horrible...lol... >.<>

Oh yes... the best part of this trip, wasn't all the exploring and sightseeing, but the quality time spent together bulding 'relationships'. It was the exploration of the heart and soul of an unbeliever. It was just awesome. It was no coincidence that we were the 1st customers as our friend brought us to this "grilled" fish joint. The shop was not ready to serve. But they allowed us to be seated 1st anyway. And i believe it was no coincidence that they arranged us to seat in an enclosed room; just the four of us, away from the 'noisy crowd' (which later occured). We had the privacy we needed.

And the Holy spirit just came down... I could feel His presence even as we share. Another awesome thing was, my fellow friend Matthew, is a christian too! And we attend the same church! We didn't know each other before, and i only found out when he started sharing, which sounds familiar with what i've heard in church. We both were so surprised, and then excited to know tht we were of the same faith. He was sharing with the girls about how the christian God is related to Ancient China. This was a powerful topic preached by our pastor last month. Our fellow colleague, who was from China, understood quickly as Matthew related the "chinese wordings/characters" with christianity(I was quite amazed myself as i missed those sessions in church). I shared some of my personal stories to greater inspire and stir her spirit. She and her friend were surprisingly, very open to what we were sharing, as the presence of God filled the entire room... Praise God!!

After everything was over, when we were walking around in the Summer palace, Matthew told me something interesting... he said that he met her even before this flight, and he had the intention of sharing the love of Christ to her. Initially he wanted to only spend 'one-on-one' quality time with her. But then in the aircraft, he felt really comfortable working with me and felt something different about me. So, he decided tht we all could go together for sightseeing. He probably thought of sharing the love of Christ to me as well... As for my part, I felt the same way, i felt at peace with him. He was very receptive, humble and had a great learning attitude.

I told the Lord the night before this flight, that I wanted to experience something different in this trip, i wanted to make a difference, to be a blessing to someone in this flight, be it small or even insignificant. And God answered my prayers! I was so glad that all these happened. It was like a divine appointment. And i believe we have made a difference in her life. We may not be the ones who lead her the sinners prayer, but we know deep in our hearts, that we have definitely sowed 'quality' seeds that will eventually lead her to her final destiny.

At the end of the flight, when we were back in Singapore, when i shook Matthew's hand and looked at each other, we could see it in each other's eye, before we parted our ways ...it was definitely an awesome flight! Not only did we make a difference in an unbeliever, but we inspired and encouraged each other as part of the Body of Christ! Praise God!

A little Disappointed

I was suppose to meet an old friend in this trip to Perth. But unfortunately, the timing was soooo not "right". He had to leave for a company trip to elsewhere on the day itself. *RRrrrr* talk about bad timing....*sigh* Well, i was disappointed in a way... but still, this trip was not too bad either. We still had a good time exploring around the city. Checked out some departmental stores, did some shopping...(the girls shopped quite a bit btw... =p) , I bought some books.

Surprisingly, we saw a few couples getting married the same day. One was in the streets, one occasion was in the hotel, another was at the Fremantle Market. Yeah, We went to the famous Fremantle Market. The market itself wasnt very big, but still they had quite a number of shops inside. It's like a big "warehouse" building with different shops and booths inside. Hm, not too bad...

They also had street performances by different groups, which are very common in australia. Yeah, it was interesting. The girls even had their potrait drawn by a chinese uncle by the side of the coffee house. Not an excellent work of art though, i must say... =p

Oh yeah, and there was a food court outside of the warehouse, which sells all kinds of cuisine, mainly Asian. And it was about time our stomachs growled. "I can't live without spicy food!! Not even for one day!" Mala said. So, we decided on something more of a "homie" feel. They had Japanese, Korean, Thai...etc. And one of them was "Authentic Malaysian Food" ..."Woo~hoo~" we cried, "What are we waiting for!?" At last sumthing familiar....However, it was a total DISAPPOINTMENT!! ~Oh MY GOSH!!! I can't find the words to describe the food... T_T We felt soooo cheated... lol...

This trip to Frankfurt was a normal one. Nothing much happened, nothing special, nothing new, other than being extremely exhausted. But i did rest quite abit in the hotel. The beds are COMFORTABLE...so i sleep and sleep and sleep and sleep and sleep... Each time i come here, i wun miss the delicious spinach and pizza!! It's really nice, and it's different because of the way they prepare it . They use 'woodfire' to heat n cook the food. Therefore u could feel more "crisp"
as u bite and munch... ~shiook~

After our meal, somehow crew would do the "usual ritual" by taking a stroll down town to the "branded shops". Well, as for me, i went "chocolate" hunting. Hehe... I love chocolates. Overall, this trip was a good one because most of our crew were really wonderful people. We enjoyed our time together. But one of our girls suddenly got infected by conjunctivitis. ...Poor Marina...she had to "pax' back with us to singapore. But thank God it was not a serious case. We called the doctor, visited her, gave her some eye-drops. Well, i hope she recover soon. It reminded me of my previous job, when i was working in the eye clinic--- oh my, the amount of 'eye-related' problems we see everytime. Cant help but we became really cautious with our 'eyes'.

I 've just came across another recent news about plane crashes, AGAIN!? It's been happening quite often lately around the world, aviation accident cases. This time it happened to turkish airlines. Plane crashed and tore into three parts... woow.... feels kinda 'ouch' ...

Besides, there was a recent bombing in Cairo, Egypt. It happened at the Bazaar area... I just came back from Cairo not long ago... Thank God it did not happen that time. I heard some of the crew there were actually planing to go to the bazaar that night. But somehow it didn't work out and everyone just remained in the hotel. Thankfully... if not...

Everywhere is getting dangerous nowadays...

O Lord, may Your hand be upon me always... like how You sheltered David in Ps 91. Thank You Lord!! =)

Let's all be alert and vigilant at all times, nomatter where we are, cos you never know what will happen. Our lives are really precious... let's learn to be grateful always and appreciate what we have and not take things for granted. Be safe everyone... and... ENJOY LIFE!! woo~hoo...

Just wanna share some of my favourite clips. This is from the "Final Fantasy: Crisis Core" game.It is the prequel of the famous FF7 game. It explains how it all began. The story and the overall plot was really good. The story/game FF7 has became one of the classics in RPG history. Those of you gamers will know what i mean.

I was kinda looking forward for today's training. Becos I know this is the kind of stuff we as crew should learn about. Although, i had to wake up early this morning( there goes my sleep) to get ready. This was no ordinary workshop, not like any other boring training tht we used to do bck then. This was really practical and fun. We learned how to handle difficult situations,especially when the passenger becomes "physically aggresive".

Our trainer is from Jersey. Very experienced, very practical, professional and a great sense of humour. Of course he is, having many years of experience plus, he was formerly from a "law enforcerment" background. An interesting "reverse psychology" concept he taught us, can't really put it all into words here, but the key point was to have a focused, confident and 'cool' state of mind, in order to counter and diffuse the situation. Anyway, all of us were having a very good time in the training. And we all loved it, enjoyed it. And the best part was, these techniques are applicable anywhere, anytime... really cool.
Thank you, Aaron! I believe we'll put it to good use... *muahaha..

A Surprise visit

Today was great... My dear mom came into s'pore to meet up with me. Together came At. Ivy and my friend, Kai Leng. Although we didn't do much, but we did alot of catching up. We had lunch together at Hougang, in a restaurant---Siam Kitchen. The food was good, especially the beef noodles. It's my all-time favourite. Which reminds me of Annie, we used to eat there now and then, and she would always order the beef noodles. But i had the green curry rice, and conclusion---not excellent. I think my mom could do better. =）

We had other stuff as well, some appitizers and some desert. After that we went walking around in the mall, window shopping. We did alot of walking up and down, here and there... And my poor mom was tired becos of her "knee" problem. She said she went to the gym!? (wow... tht's rare...) yeah, and she kinda over did it yesterday.
Poor mom ~ But anyway, thank you all for coming in. Especially my dear mom, Really appreciate it for making ur trip here...love you! ^ ^

Excellent Attitude

It was a loooong day today...but thank God for a peaceful home, or "room". I have began to get used to where i am living now... Praise God for His providence.

Hm... I noticed something very different this morning when i was in the bus on my way to work. I was observing the bus captain. He potrayed an exceptional personality, he looked sharp, bright, very positive. Throughout the whole journey i was just observing him... (now, dun get the wrong idea... =_=) He had a very good attitude towards his work. He was dedicated, professsional, pleasant, friendly, 'smiley'. He greeted each and every passenger who came on the bus, and he would bid them farewell as they were alighting. And each time, with a bright smile, regardless the passengers acknowledge him or not. The bus was quite full, i was standing near him. And each time he made a sharp turn, he would warn the passengers standing beside the "coin machine" to becareful, asking them to hold on n not fall off.

Wow...i thought he had an excellent attitude, very dedicated. You dun see bus captains like that very often. And i thought, this should be the kind of attitude we should have towards our work. I have to admit, sometimes i feel so "not like working" and i would drag myself to work. Yeah, its not healthy at all... I should be looking forward to it, and do my best to be excellent in my work. And I remembered bck in LRC, Ps. Dexter used to preach about having the "Spirit of Excellence". Wherever we are, whatever job/career we're in, we should always strive to excel, and be good in it! Becos we are to set a good example.

I was glad that morning, i think he'd reap what he sows... I was happy for him.

Refreshing Presence

It's been awhile since i last step into church. Oh my... the feeling... i somehow miss it...yeah... i miss the presence of God...The feeling was just awesome... I always remember the way Pastor Tan described, when everything pressures and closes around you, and you would feel so dry and sufficated; and the moment you step into the auditorium, *bloop* it's like stepping through an "invisible bubble"...when suddenly, you feel all the stress, pressures and negative energy being 'stripped' away and insantly, you feel the air is different, the atmosphere is different, surrounded by positive energies... ...it's so refreshing...and such is the presence of God.

I was able to spend some time with some of the cell members after the service. Catching up with a few people....gosh... i havent seen them for quite some time...yeah, of course i missed them. And this cell is such that one will never grow hungry... The amount of food they prepare everytime is always soooo.... well, take a look urself... I can only praise God!!

God is wonderful, somehow even in the midst of fellowship, He ministered to me through a fellow brethren. He inspired me through his own personal life story, and again and again he encouraged me not to give up hope, not to lose sight of my vision again. He kept on encourage me to pursue my dreams, to make my dreams a reality... Somehow through all his sharing, it added some "coals" to the dying flame inside me.

From the MRT until I reach home, I kept asking myself again and again...Can i do it? Is it really possible? Can I GIVE UP EVERYTHING and move towards what God had put in my heart so many years ago...?

Just Getting Started

Today, i've just started a new blog... finally, I've decided that I should start a new blog. Maybe some of you might say "finally..." . Well, yeah, i think i need to start learning how to share with people. I have to admit, it is one of my 'flaws'.
Hm...took me the whole day just trying to understand the whole system. Yeap... alot of time spent on "experimenting" and "testing" and "fiddling" around. I can't help but realise how outdated i am in these areas. Sad...! Anyway, I have just recovered from a flu, thank God! No more mucus and runny nose. Yeah~!!

Due to the recent economy crisis, my flights have been critically affected. Basically, less flights = less money. This is bad... But still, life goes on right? Well, at least I have not come to the point of being 'retrenched'. That's what i thank God for everyday! There are many ppl out there who lose their jobs and struggling to find new ones. I believe the worst are those who'r mid 30's-40's who suddenly just lost their means of income. With all the commitments and plans they have, i wonder how are they coping..?

Seems that this "recession cycle" is coming closer n closer every cycle. Used to be every 10-12 yrs, and now it's like 6-8 yrs. I can't imagine what's coming ahead of us. How does one have proper financial planning and security? Recession proof?

It's a new year, but i guess alot of ppl aren't very happy with all these turmoil and crisis. Perhaps this is also a time where many ppl will begin to realise how little and insignificant they are, tht nothing much can be done regardless how much effort they put in, as if everything they've built just came crushing down.

...Perhaps, in the midst of these struggles and hopelessness, we would have no choice but to 'hope' and 'pray'... and turn to the One who has the solution.
